Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days. You can start without paying and keep everything you set up if you continue.
Which businesses is it for?
Gyms and fitness studios, yoga and group-class studios, personal trainers, martial arts, dance, sports and swimming academies, spas and salons, physiotherapy clinics and court or hall owners. Each has its own product, and they share one customer list.
Can I use more than one product?
Yes. A gym that also has a spa can hold both. Each product has its own plan and can be added or removed on its own, and everything common is included in each.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Invoices and receipts show CGST and SGST or IGST at the right rate, and your subscription to Fitnexa itself comes with a GST tax invoice.
Can I send WhatsApp and SMS reminders?
Yes. You connect your own Twilio account for WhatsApp and SMS, and members can opt out by replying STOP.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any browser on Android, iPhone, tablet or computer, and your members get their own portal.
Can I bring my existing members?
Yes. Import them from an Excel or CSV file. The app shows what it understood and flags any problem rows before it saves anything.
Is my data safe?
Each business sees only its own data, every person has their own login and role, access can be limited by branch, and backups are encrypted.
Can I manage several branches?
Yes. Add branches whenever you grow. Staff can be limited to the branches they work in.
How does pricing work?
